Because cookie-cutter traveling is boring.
Hi, I’m Ava — a 21-year-old Public Relations student with a well-worn passport and a lifelong obsession with meaningful, well-curated travel.
I started this blog as a way to share more than just pretty pictures I have taken. Over the last 13 years, I have been lucky enough to explore the world. Along the way, I’ve collected stories, learned lessons (sometimes the hard way), and developed a love for travel that’s personal, purposeful and anything but one-size-fits-all.
A few of the countries I have traveled to include: Costa Rica, France, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium. Each destination has taught me something new—whether it’s how to slow down and savor a moment or how to navigate unfamiliar places with curiosity and confidence

Florence, Italy, 2022
Here, you’ll find:
- Itineraries that balance iconic landmarks with hidden gems
- Real travel experiences and photos that I have taken— the dreamy, the chaotic and everything in between
- How to find the best places to eat, from street food to Michelin-starred
- And my honest takes on where to go, what’s worth it, and what’s completely overrated
This blog is for anyone wanting to travel deeper, not just farther. I hope this space gives you a little inspiration and a lot of realness.
Thanks so much for being here. Let’s explore the world on our own terms.

With love, ava
